The Marrying Man : Let's Do It

CD를 정리하다 결혼하는 남자의 OST를 발견했다.
1991년도에 나왓던 이 영화를 본 후, 이 CD를 사고 싶어 당장 달려나갔던 설레임이 아직 생각난다.

킴 베신저, 요즘에는 네이티브 발음인 킴 베이싱어라 불리는 배우와 알렉볼드윈의 러브 코미디.

재벌인 알렉볼드윈은 결혼을 일주일도 채 남겨놓지 않고 바에서 노래를 부르던 마피아 보스의 여자에게 
첫 눈에 반해 관계를 가지게 된다. 하지만 마피아에게 들켜, 둘은 억지 결혼을 하게 되고 알렉볼드윈의
사회적 위치와 약혼은 위험해진다.

파혼까지 이른 약혼을 가까스로 막아내던 그는 결국 킴 베신저를 잊을 수가 없기에 그녀를 다시 찾게된다.
역시 꿈과 현실은 다른 것인지 그녀와 다시 결혼하여 살지만 안맞는 것이 너무나도 많다.

싸우고 헤어지고 만나고 헤어지고, 하지만 사랑과 결혼은 원래 그렇다는걸 보여주기라도 하듯이 
마지막에는 웃음 가득한 해피엔딩을 보여주는 영화였다.  

첫 눈에 반함과 천생연분이란게 있을까? 따뜻한 사랑과 함께 기분 좋은 음악을 들려주던 영화였다.
